You can do this by lying flat on your back, then with arms straight out, palms facing up, lift the weight up toward the ceiling, returning to the starting position. Start off with 2 to 3 sets of 8 to 10 repetitions each day. This exercise also helps build cleavage in your chest.

These and other exercises not only help build the muscles behind your breasts, giving them a larger and more firm appearance, they can also help prevent the breasts from sagging. Not only can you do these exercises with your own body weight and with the assistance of free weights, you can also replicate these exercises on the weight machines at your local gym. In addition, practicing good posture is also a great way of preventing sagging breasts, as research has shown that the most common reason for sagging breasts is slouching and poor posture.
